In transition, they are a start up so still growing which is exciting but can also be difficult at times

Inspiring people working for a great cause. I wasn't expecting to be so passionate about skin care but True Botanicals taught me so much about the importance of the products you put on your skin, I quickly became competitive to spread the True Botanicals influence. I enjoyed my co-workers, and the start-up culture gave me so much exposure to all areas of the business. Not to mention, Mill Valley has great lunch options.

Commuting from the city was not ideal but then it became a nice way to catch up on the news and enjoy a cup of coffee before work. Bus route drops you off right in front of the office which is great!
