I have truly enjoyed going into work every day since the last so many years. The fact that we get to learn from experienced and tenured staff who have been with the company since the last 20 years says a lot about the companies values and positive culture. The constructive and positive environment has helped me grow, and allowed me to explore my skills. I feel I make a difference to my job and my work is acknowledged and appreciated . True North is an equal opportunity employer - The management is very transparent with has an open door policy. The culture is my favorite thing about True North as it is diverse and welcoming and helps you grow professionally.

My experience was a good one, but I would say it could be stressful at times with the high call volume.

I have worked at True North Management for over 10 years and it has become a second home. The management team is so kind and thoughtful to each staff's needs as well as flexible. I have always felt that my position is cared for, the human resource is thorough and ensures every staff has everything they need. The owners are down to earth and genuinely love their staff. The company has been growing rapidly and it is obvious why as they show the same care to procedures and changes within the company to keep up with the times. This company has a great future and I am so honored to be a part of their growth.
