Pros
Absolutely love it here. Finally found a Title Company that cares about its employees. If you need help you get help - unlike other companies who allow you to drown in work and then get upset when you are doing too much overtime. Feels like family here - and it is much appreciated.
Cons
Title comes with its own cons - it is a high stress very demanding job at times.
