      Customers are great schedule is flexible

      Cons

      Absolutely no leadership whatsoever Only people treated worse then the sales team are the customers No Direction Stab the next guy in the back to get ahead mentality No sales experience to speak of in "leadership"

      Vacation time was good Benefits were good

      Cons

      Management was NOT professional. They needed training or better yet they needed to be leaders. Unprofessional and not accountable for anything. Good OLE Boys!
