Some areas could do with some improvement

Small company so colleagues become close, everyone works alongside eachother

Unhealthy and hostile work environment, unprofessional, high turnover of staff, barely any training given, fired without notice, different rules for different customers (confusing to keep up with), lots of swearing, shouting and passing blame. The only way to achieve a pay rise was to take on more tasks that weren't in your role (and you didn't have time for) and after completing weeks of this then it might have been reviewed.
