None at all. Steer clear

Cons

Top heavy in senior management. They sacrifice people working in the US in favor of those in other countries to save money. They keep enough people working in the U.S. to keep the client serviced. As long as management gets their annual 40% of salary bonus at the end of the year, regular employees are a means to an end and nothing more.

Pros

Great teammates at the peer level; unfortunately, upper leadership doesn’t model the same values The mission still matters — the culture just no longer supports it Learned a lot about resilience and managing under pressure

Cons

The culture has become toxic and divisive — collaboration has been replaced with fear and favoritism. Leadership often rewards the loudest voices rather than the most effective or ethical performers. Poor communication and inconsistent expectations across teams; what’s praised one week is criticized the next. Favoritism and cliques create a sense of exclusion and mistrust, making it hard to build true teamwork. Upper leadership created a punitive environment Terrible resources to do the work effectively Upper management/leaders HR Leaders Current employees receiving a promotion are paid less than a new employee coming in for the same role Terrible pay scale for the required experience level
