Pros
A few smart people still remain. Free snacks and games.
Cons
There is little direction and weak leadership. The company goals change nearly every week and most time is spent butting heads with other departments jockeying for a prominent role in the devolving mission. At one time, TrueCar was an innovative and forward-looking company. After it 'reorganized' itself a few times , several talented people have been redirected to perform functions for which they lack experience or, more commonly, left the company. The CEO called the remaining staff 'crusaders' and the former staff 'mercenaries'. Many of the mercenaries should be more appropriately labeled 'heretics'. They once believed in the mission, but either no longer believe or are unable to pin down exactly what the mission is/will be this/next week.
