Pros

The individual contributors here are genuinely talented, hardworking, and supportive. You will learn a lot from your peers if you take the time to build those relationships. I'd strongly recommend reaching out to a current or former employee before applying to get an honest picture of day-to-day life here.

Cons

The core problems are structural and start at the top. Multiple owners with conflicting visions means employees regularly receive directly contradictory instructions, leading to constant confusion and wasted effort. Leadership lacks subject matter expertise in key areas, which means productive work often happens in spite of management rather than because of it. Expect heavy micromanagement. The environment can be extremely stressful. Raised voices and misrepresentation of situations are regular occurrences, not rare blowups. International and overseas employees are particularly vulnerable to poor treatment. There is no consistent performance review process. Raises and promotions are not given based on merit — they are only offered when an employee has enough leverage to force the conversation. Starting benefits and PTO are well below industry standard, though they can be negotiated upward. Management also has a pattern of fostering division between employees rather than building cohesion.
