Pros
For someone who loves to read and proofread, this place is good to work.
Cons
However, management of the place is really bad. I was hired as an intern for one month after which I was promised a permanent job offer. But that never happened. I asked several times about the permanent job status, and one day I was just told that they are canceling all their internship programs. But just a few days later, their HR posted another update about hiring interns. When I inquired why my internship was canceled, when clearly they hadn't canceled all the programs, I got no response. The stipend I received was quite pathetic, considering the amount of work that I was doing. There was no formal paperwork and the senior editor of the team was unfair and dishonest, while she pretended to be your "friend".
I am glad I got an opportunity to work here, because this was my first internship/job ever, but also glad that I don't work there anymore.
