      - Company works at a high pace, lots and lots to work - Working on cutting edge tech - Founders and the whole team is great and very supportive

      Cons

      Nothing in particular. Company operates in US and India. So sometimes client calls are later in the evening.

      Pros

      Compensation is on the high end of normal. Nothing incredible.

      Cons

      Employees are often forced into uncomfortable and unprofessional situations- i.e. being pressured to tell a “NSFW story” by the founders as part of onboarding. Senior management can be threatening. Company has attempted to avoid honoring contractual commitments. Apart from that, product is not exciting and PMF is not evident.
