I absolutely loved working for True North. They provide you with excellent paid training. They give you all of the skills you need to succeed within the company. You feel confident and able to do your job to absolute best of your ability at all times. My superiors and coworkers were all nice respectable people, and easy to get along with. True was all around a joy to work for.

The only con working for this company was that as a regular employee (not shift lead or management) The pay wasn’t all that great. I only made $8.75 an hour, but even so, it’s hard to find a job in this world that you actually enjoy doing. If you can wake up every day excited to go to work then that is a job worth having and keeping!
