Pros

Excellent place to work, people focussed culture and a team that genuinely look out for each other and want each other to proceed. This is an excellent place to develop your career in an expanding company, with multiple examples of career progression.

Cons

Can be a struggle to bond across multiple sites. Although the company puts on regular activities, such as quizes to get everyone together

Pros

- The office is well maintained and well furnished, easy to get to. - Rules are made clear and easy to follow. - Every now and then management will arrange an event for employees. - Long time employees are given access to training. - There is a fridge you can take a drink from once a week on a Friday and there is a "Recognition of Excellence" reward handed out every 3 months which is a £50 Amazon gift card, neither are very substantial but better than nothing.

Cons

- Very strict, the business is effectively run like a warehouse, you will constantly be monitored to make sure you are working and your breaks are timed, even surveillance cameras are set up to make sure you are working. - No flexibility with hours of work or location. - Senior management is inexperienced and incompetent, none of them have any experience in senior management outside of the company. - Employee turnover is very high, there are constantly employees leaving. - Salaries are well below the industry standard. - You do not really feel valued at all, outside of the events that happen once or twice a year, you are never asked for your opinion and if you give it, it will be ignored. - Terrible appraisal process, management put no effort into annual appraisals and it only really exists as a means to make you feel as if you do not deserve a pay rise. - Very cheap , the hardware is very far below the average for what most IT companies will provide. - As few holidays are given out as legally required. - Employees are often made to come in even if sick, resulting in there almost always being a cough going around the office.

Thank you for your feedback, which is always appreciated. Responding to a few of your comments for clarity, we build individual training development paths for each member of our technical team, with non-technical training reviewed on a case by case basis. As a business we operate from Monday – Friday with set lunch breaks. Our Quarterly performance review system is detailed and is a platform for employee and line manager to align on long term goals, for both parties to provide honest feedback and to ensure employee wellbeing is always catered for. Salaries themselves are reviewed annually, I am sorry that you feel you were not rewarded sufficiently with an increase, however reviews of remuneration are conducted in a fair and consistent manner in line with responsibilities and skillset required to complete the tasks within the individuals role. We feel many of your other comments are not only incorrect but made without sufficient knowledge. We wish you all the best within your next role and are happy to have enabled you to develop your career with us.

Pros

Given they are a start-up. You will feel valued for your input and ideas there. Weekly Customer feedback reports which is a nice way to raise morale. Management has a good sense of humor and you can talk to them. You just need to ask when they are available to speak to you. An excellent stack of technologies to be exposed to and learn on the job. HR will treat your personal matters with confidence. Just be honest with them. The annual Christmas Party. That was an absolute blast and one of the best ways to meet the entire team and get to know them. You can negotiate your shift hours i.e early, standard, late shifts. Good starting amount of annual leave which increases with each year of service up to 25. Pension plan.

Cons

I know my time was short but these are the things that have stood out to me from previous experiences. Your lunch breaks are short compared to the previous companies I have worked for. 30 minutes versus 1 hour in all previous organizations. Your overtime process is very stringent. Dare I say you still have not given back my time off in lieu. No matter the past is the past. You definitely do not have enough pairs of hands on your support team to properly manage the workload if management has to cover 1st Line.
