Pros

Don't work weekends or after 5

Cons

Cold Calls, manipulating callers, basically not telling the whole truth on calls, company is managed like a frat house. Pay is low and goals that are set for you are nebulous and are a constantly moving target. Owner is a new age guru who really is out of touch with his employees. Many companies when the hear who you are calling from get angry and hang up the phone. This IS a pay for play organization.

Pros

Located in beautiful Portland, Maine.

Cons

Terrible. Weird people and weird CEO who should be some sort of fake spiritual guru or something. Total frat boy culture. The guys there can’t help their misogyny. The second day there and one of the leads used the language “you chickened out” because I didn’t harass someone on the phone. Many red flags with this scam of a company.

It's unfortunate to hear that your time at Trueline didn't meet your expectations. It can be difficult for some to operate in a performance-based environment having no former experience. We're always trying to develop staff and accommodate learning styles, along with providing freedom for folks to find themselves in a new role.
