Pros

The learning curve is exponential at first, you get to know and understand different industries. You get to improve your communication skill. You get to travel. Good place for fresh grad, because once you’ve worked with a bad company, no other companies will dissapoint you.

Cons

The learning curve is super steep, you're expected to understand an industry and know your target market in 1 day. The KPI is crazy, you're expected to call and call and call, even though the job title and the job description sounds fancy, all they expect you to do is pick up the phone and call till you reach your daily call target. Your learning curve will turn into a plateau at some point. No benefits, bad company policy. The working environment can be demotivating at times.

Pros

Literally gave us the license to be rude during calls just to get through the decision makers.

Cons

So many to mention. Too many red flags. Commission was vague. No signed black and white for commissions. They will blind you to earn more money but the management and processes are just trash. They manipulate you into doing what they want. They basically train you to replicate what they are - robot, rude and will not stop at doing anything to get what they want. They will expect you to get a result even in the 1-2 weeks of training. You have to get your own leads. No tools were provided. You have to do all of these prior to going into the office. You are not allowed to do your research during work hours. They expect that you already have your leads list prior to coming into the office. You are not allowed to talk to your colleagues even if it's your break or even if you're discussing work stuff. They will stop you and ask you to go somewhere else. The only way we're getting moral support was really among ourselves due to frustration from the lack of tools and basically disregarding our own skills and experience in sales coz they want to replicate just what kind of employee they want to have. I have my values as a person and salesperson so I'm not gonna break just for themselves.
