Pros

Great coworkers, environment can be fun and chill most of the time. Okay pay.

Cons

Ego ego ego. That's what you will encounter here. Power trips will come at you from left field over minor incidents or even nothing happening at all. Turnover is a serious problem at this company whether through quitting or firings. Lied about scheduling when hiring. Everybody complains about the founders for how they communicate or operate. You can't take public transportation easily to arrive so you'll be driving every day. Your days will go over 8 hours 90% of the time, especially for salary. Their motto is crystal clear communication but refuse to solve problems by hearing all sides.

Pros

A lot of passion from everyone

Cons

High pace work schedule but worth it to be apart of the mission of spreading the love for food

Pros

It's hard to come up with any, maybe the coworkers but who knows when they'll be fired! Food is good for a week or two.

Cons

Lied about so many different things it's hard to know when they're telling the truth. Constant changing of schedules including last minute for big holidays. Violation of contract laws in California. No accountability for their own mistakes but god forbid you make one. Their business model is failing after covid and propped up by investors who will not get any returns. Toxic chef culture carried over to a workplace that doesn't require it. Their finances are so unstable, it's no wonder why they can't keep their employees. Everyone who works or who has worked here is so afraid of challenging Tyler and Jason, which continues to foster a negative space. Emotional manipulation, one day you're integral to the success of the company, other times you're one mistake away from being let go for not wanting to "fight for your job" The only positive reviews on glassdoor are from Tyler or Jason's executive assistant lol. Nepotism reigns supreme, if one of Jason or Tyler's friends need a job, you're gonna be gone sooner rather than later. Unprofessional in every way, HR is not your friend.
