Pros

Good pay, ability to work from home

Cons

They dont care if you are on the emergency room, if you call out you will get an occurrence and if you get 10 you get terminated, no time to get sick with these people. If you have doctors appointments you must provide proof of appointment to request sick time, this is against HEPA, you shouldnt disclosed your personal life with them

Pros

A few of my teammates will be my friends for life.

Cons

Training is often outdated and does not prepare you for your role. They constantly talk about being able to transfer and or be promoted yet it’s just a ploy to keep you. If you have an emergency and need to relocate there aren’t any placement benefits so essentially you must try your best to find a job on your own. Not to mention there is no guarantee you will be selected. You interview like an external candidate and the interview questions do not necessarily align with the actual position. There’s no way to prepare for interviews either due to the vague copy and paste job description. Unattainable metrics imposed after poor training and no way to dispute surveys.
