Pros

there are none at Trulieve

Cons

- CEO & husband are convicted fraudsters and currently under investigation by the federal government - among the lowest pay in the FL medical cannabis industry - highest turnover in the industry - incompetent management due to nepotism - terrible communication company-wide - overtime, off-clock & lunch-break violations (wage theft) - firing employees instead of paying them for already approved vacation time - abusive, hostile, authoritarian management - toothless HR department - employee patients treated inferior to other patients by management - heavy shift to "retail" (profit) focus, medical in name-only - constantly hiring new employees, so hours/schedules are unstable - paranoid atmosphere where workers are assumed to be wrong and liable for errors and coordinators and management are presumed innocent and avoid accountability

Pros

Market Pay, Could be a winning company with changes in culture

Cons

Direct and immediate change in culture. Time was completely wasted, lack of human empathy and respect shown by interviewers, and the truth is that the company is bleeding market share, crashing their own prices, despite product quality increasing and retail locations increasing. Why? Because everything about this company is regulation. Which honestly I am not even mad at, provided that they would use that advantage to create meaningful and powerful brands, services, and products. Instead they use the advantage to sell boof to Florida retired custies on bogo. Theres room for everyone, but if thats your model, don't walk around with such a big ego. Eventually you do it to the wrong person and they decide to let you know.

Pros

Health Benefits, learning about Cannabis

Cons

Work life balance, took salary away from most management dropped hourly pay. Consistently increasing expectations so store management isn't able to achieve bonuses. Inexperienced AG's that are on power trips, communications horrible. Teams is not a primary form of communication and ask for a thumbs up that you read it. Lower then GM apparently expected to read minds and get task completed. I could literally go on for days.
