      None. Worst place to work, ever.

      Cons

      Extremely demanding for what it is. It’s basically a glorified Outback. Management is a mess. They fire people left and right, sometimes for no reason at all. They even set ridiculous demands, so, if you’re not fired, you’re pushed out. The owners/CEO will walk in without even acknowledging the host staff. Just walk past you. Just a really horrible experience.

      Pros

      Good Food. Most locations only open at night.

      Cons

      Chaotic leadership that make emotionally charged decisions, creating constant instability. Poor financial management leading to closure of locations. What used to be the standard for excellence in fine dining leadership is now a sad shell of it's previous glory.
