Cons
My experience working at Trunk was unfortunately defined by a consistently toxic work environment driven by poor leadership, lack of accountability, and an unsupportive culture.
The problems begin at the top—management often leads through fear and micromanagement rather than trust and collaboration. Feedback is not welcomed unless it flatters leadership, and constructive criticism is routinely dismissed or punished. This creates a culture of silence where employees are afraid to speak up or advocate for necessary change.
Favoritism runs rampant leaning towards the Euro Team, with promotions and opportunities often based on personal relationships rather than merit or performance. Meanwhile, hard-working employees are overlooked and undervalued, leading to low morale and high turnover.
Overall, while the job itself may appear attractive on paper, the internal environment is unsustainable and emotionally draining. I would caution anyone considering employment here to thoroughly research and, if possible, speak with former employees before making a decision.
