Cons
The role has limited travel and very little in person interaction. This works well for me, but some people may want more face to face time. The pace can feel demanding if you are not comfortable shifting priorities. Internal processes are evolving and growing for more efficentcy. The work from home setup also requires strong self management, which may not fit every work style.
