Great culture but limited upward mobility - Solutions Architect Principal Tryon Solutions Employee Review

Follow through and laying down attainable expectations are huge for the leadership team here. Growth from within is the goal however they are always looking for people who fit the culture.

Space within the office can get distracting due to not having more private meeting spaces. Being in the office however is not required.

From top to bottom, Tryon Solutions has been a fantastic place to work. I am constantly surrounded by intelligent and driven people who also want to help the people around them grow professionally. The small company allows for multiple avenues for growth, and the company culture is fantastic, especially for over half of the company being away from the Raleigh headquarters.

I can't think of anything overly negative to say about my time here so far.
