- Abusive CEO. Screaming on a Daily Basis, for seemingly no reason at all. - Failure to pay employees. If you leave you're very unlikely to receive your last paycheck, even if you're still there they miss payroll regularly - For a company that's been in business for 2 years and finally launched a product, they have absolutely no real plan in place to launch and then scale. - You are expected to be on call 24/7 without the salary to justify it.
