Pros

Trystar has a strong, team-oriented culture where people genuinely support one another and collaborate across departments. Leadership is approachable and clearly invested in both the company’s growth and its employees. There’s a consistent focus on delivering high-quality solutions, and it feels rewarding to be part of an organization that takes pride in its work. It’s also a fast-paced environment, which keeps things engaging and is something I really enjoy.

Cons

Like many high-growth companies, processes and structure are still evolving, which can occasionally create ambiguity. That said, I wouldn’t necessarily consider this a drawback—it’s a natural part of growth and something many will find exciting, as it creates opportunities to contribute and shape how things are built moving forward.

Pros

- Fast paced organization that is quickly growing, leading to a lot of opportunity to make an impact - A lot of genuinely talented and good people in the organization - Most of the leadership group stays connected with the organization; not uncommon to hear the VP of your department admit they need help or ask you for your expertise

Cons

- Disorganization in a lot of areas; rapid growth + acquisitions has led to multiple overlapping processes - Lack of established guidelines/best practices in a lot of areas - Direct career pathing not possible in all departments

Pros

-Everyone I've met is welcoming and open to share their skills and experience with others. -The approach to AI here is refreshing: not forcing adoption at all costs like some companies do but instead really showing the value in it as a tool & the best ways to use it. -The managers I've experienced here trust their team to get the job done well, and I have reasonable autonomy.

Cons

-Due to the acquisitions and expansions, there's some policies/processes that are missing or not unified. This can make it difficult to get some things done, but it's also an opportunity to jump in and work on/create those processes and make things more efficient for the future. -There's turnover in some departments that can be challenging due to not knowing where responsibilities are going in a timely manner. -OKRs are clearly important to leadership, but coming from a different company with really effective OKRs, I'm not sure that Trystar sets effective company OKRs just yet. Room for growth there.
