Pros

- A few cool coworkers - semi competitive salary - Cool looking office - Unlimited PTO - Monthly team bonding - Good medical insurance --------that's about it, not much more than that

Cons

- Mid level management (your manager) don't care about their employee's happiness, they're just looking out to cover their own behinds - CEO only cares about money and performance, at the cost of your mental health - ALL of the good, original employees have left - FOR A REASON - The CEO is trying *really hard to be 'WOKE' but its really cringe and cheesy - Management change directions on a whim, sometimes doing a complete *180 - Management changes its mind constantly, and you are left responsible for 'not meeting goals' - they claim 'we're a startup, you need to be ok with that' - Projects you work hard on will go unrecognized, guaranteed! - Some people work 10 hour days regularly - New employees dont get training on how to use the systems and need to ask different people to pick it up - Communication is Horrible, on all levels. HR doesn't communicate the way I have had at other companies - Things aren't announced like they should be, you have to hear from the grapevine and if you did not, *its your fault - If you weren't invited to a meeting and don't know the latest news, *its your fault - Middle level managers are some of the most lazy people i have seen - messy organization structure; keeps changing - Things change all the time, for the worse. - Company lied about bonuses and we had an exodus in the middle of the year, 20ish people left - Good people are not appreciated, and the schmoozers move up because they leave a good impression with the CEO

Pros

A lot of negative reviews on here so I wanted to share my honest perspective. The company has growing pains normal for an extremely competitive and high-growth startup in an extremely competitive and high-growth industry. In the performance marketing community - this is one of the better companies to work for. From what I hear from my friends at other agencies or worse, in-house at brands, this is THE best company to work for. The work is incredibly interesting and I have learned very quickly. You are making ads that run at very high scale for brands in many different industry verticals. You get to quickly see how your ideas and creative decisions translate into performance data. Leadership has made a lot of changes over the past couple of years and is a really positive, tight-knit group that cares about the company and the people. They invest in development in a way that I haven't seen at other companies (structured onboarding + training cadence, internal workshops, managers who actually ask how you're doing and coach you on growth areas). The bar is really high but the support structure is real. People I've seen promoted - both in the strategy dept and in other depts - have earned it. The team itself is actually the best part. Smart, curious, eager to help each other out. A lot of diverse backgrounds and perspectives. No weird politics - just trying to make each otehr better. Comp is competitive, benefits are solid, and there's a great bonus structure tied to your output and performance. Hybrid flexibility, nice office, super nice office management + HR team, fun team events, and free lunch!

Cons

The pace is fast and a lot of it requires being driven and being a problem solver. If you need to be spoon fed direction for every situation, it can be hard. Things change often as the company evolves which can get frustrating - but you have a lot of opportunity to give input. It would be more frustrating to be at a bureaucratic place where you can't make any changes at all or a change requires months to make.
