Great people--friendly, knowledgeable, really care about doing things well. Great assistance and financial backing from parent company. The company is growing like crazy so the future looks bright. Decent health benefits and fantastic 401k and stock matching.
Cons
Almost 100% turnover if management in the past two years from supervisors up to president. The culture has really changed with these changes. You have to work hard and meet their expectations. There are a lot if changes going on so don't join unless you can easily adapt to whatever.
