Pros
Community and environment. Everyone is very nice to each other. There was a nice sense of community within the units/staff. Also: the cafeteria has the best food & grill. I love how the hospital gives back to the community with their Safety Day Event and 5k/10k/Marathon race sponsorships. Town Hall meetings are a great way to let upper management know how you feel without having to make an appoint with them.
Cons
Doesn't pay the most in town, but is still competitive. Sometimes management is the problem, but it's the same song everywhere.
