Pros
The OM is gracious and fosters a supportive atmosphere that extends to the production team, the front office, and even local community developers. The GM advocates for team members as if his own reputation is on the line, creating a strong sense of support. It’s impossible not to develop new skills in this environment. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and there is excellent IT support available, even for those who may not be very tech-savvy. VPs remember employees by name, which reassures you that you are not just another number in the organization. Work-life balance is exceptional! If you need time off, it is granted almost immediately and without question, which eliminates the feeling of being "needy" or "annoying."
Cons
As with any company, there are challenges; this is why we call it work. However, I can’t think of any significant drawbacks. I do wish there were more events in Illinois for all team members to participate in.
