      Pros

      Amazing leadership, a group of men and women who want their students and teachers to succeed. Incredible kids, these students have responded well to having thr bar raised. Beautiful building- the facility is gorgeous! Amazing colleagues- the teachers and staff here are brilliant and happy to come to school every day!

      Cons

      There are parents who act like entitled, but the admin do a good job of protecting the teachers from them. I wish there was more grass on the playground.

      Love this place! TCA is a wonderful place to work. Great co-workers, great admin, great students, and great families!

      Cons

      Some people can get out of hand and loud when they are disgruntled (typically taking to Facebook to air a grievance rather than talking like adults)
