I want a raise. Ok, next quarter yes. *4 quarter later* Where's my raise? Ok, next quarter yes. Really enjoyed working here, until the environment changes from startup environment to corporate environment. Transparency is fading, etc

WFH during pandemic, quite competitive benefit, colleagues were resourceful as they came from established uni or company.

Messy roadmap, management was not supportive towards employees' feedbacks, often got ad-hoc projects with no clear backgrounds that require employee to work after hours, and no sufficient support from head of the team.
