Pros
EB are good. Shows that company seeks for its employee well being.
Cons
It was unfortunate that it was a poor fit as I was given only tasks an intern could do. Line manager was a micromanager & mean - no WFH and no flexible timing was given. There was no clarity in direction and communication. Overall I was not afforded an opportunity to thrive to my fullest potential here. What a waste.
