Pros

Truly friendly and supportive team, with rich experience in product development. It is quite often, that our teamlead immediately guesses the reason for the problem in the code without even taking a look at it. Quite often interesting and creative tasks appear even for a less experienced developer, allowing to rapidly grow your expertise, especially in case you're willing to do them according to industry standards. Office in the city center, quite close to the ITMO Univeristy. Small size of the company makes you feel like a part of a team rather than a coding monkey, giving you opportunities to affect choices important technical decisions and even take part in communication with customers. This allows you to grow like a real specialist rather than a greenhouse-grown coder. A lot of optional teambuilding activities like travels, paintball and etc. You are treated like an equal specialist no matter your experience.

Cons

Salary below market average. Some of the technologies used may seem outdated and bloated like Liferay or JSF. Approach of the company is to develop software rapidly, so without your own choice to sacrifice speed of initial development in order to write more maintainable code it's easy to fall into a habit of copy-pasting bad code, though it is discouraged by seniors. You are treated like an equal specialist no matter your experience, so sometimes you have to express your own initiative to find out the details of the task, you're meant to do.
