Pros

Working for Turas Nua offers opportunities to progress, and support to all employees if they want to advance and develop within the company. I am currently in my 4th role and thoroughly enjoy my job. Each team is close-knit and will step in to help each other whilst working towards the goal of providing customers with the advice, support, and help they need to move into work. Each customer interaction is tailored to what is needed, and immense job satisfaction comes from seeing customers progress and become more confident.

Cons

The role of Adviser is very fast-paced and requires a good standard of admin and IT skills as well as interpersonal skills to work with a caseload of customers. It is quite a unique role and would not suit everyone.

Hi and thank you for leaving some feedback along with your review. We're delighted to hear your views on our progression opportunities and that you've made several such successful moves yourself. We agree - our teams are driven to support each other with the same mindset, and we're very proud of the work they do each day. Our approach to our clients is exactly as you've summarised in your review - tailored, personalised, and focused on what they really need. The role is fast-paced as you've mentioned, but we are confident in the supports in place to ensure our people are well equipped.

Excellent people Working with customers to make a difference Encourages creative thinking Lots of internal progression available

Cons

Caseload numbers can fluctuate depending on referral numbers and staff turnover so can be challenging to manage the workload sometimes but it usually evens out when new staff join
