Pros
Some of the seasoned employees are experts in their field. It is nice to have that experience and wisdom.
Cons
Doesn't seem like personal growth and development is ever considered. Management focuses on the negatives. No matter how hard you work no one offers appreciation or gratitude. The culture seems to be one in which you can do 98 out of 100 things well but all they focus on is the 2 that you didn't do well. There doesn't seem to be any support network to help you improve those 2 things. This culture has become the norm in the past couple of years.
