And when someone makes a mistake, they encourage them to learn from it and help them improve. The company also invests in the team's professional development efforts and constantly finds opportunities to upskill and allow for internal mobility and growth within the company. With weekly meetings, quarterly reviews, and yearly performance reviews, an employee never has to guess where they stand with the company and know exactly what they are working towards. They do a great job at soliciting feedback, conducting stay interviews, and further driving the company culture, diversity, inclusion, and belonging efforts through the culture and DEIB task force.
