8yHi there. I’m sorry for the tough time you went through. Staffing changes—especially losses—can be difficult for everyone, especially those on the affected team. Turnover is an issue in our industry, and we’re working to reverse that trend here at Turn5.
You may have noticed some positive changes recently. We hired a Training & Development Lead with an automotive background to support our amazing and hard-working Customer Service Team. We’re also hiring fantastic new employees who can contribute to the group in a meaningful way and build their careers with us.
