7yThank you for taking the time to post your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t feel the opportunity for growth at Turn5 was possible.
Recently, several members of the HR team met with about 24 employees to get their feedback on what Turn5 can do better to make the employee experience, engagement, and development better here. As a result of those meetings we received very actionable feedback that I am looking forward to putting into place in 2019.
My goal is to not receive reviews like this one in the future. While I cannot control every experience, I joined to make a difference in the employee experience at Turn5 and am breaking ground on that goal.
I wish you a prosperous career and am disappointed that you couldn’t find it here with us.
