Expect disrespect - Anonymous employee Turner Hill Golf Course Employee Review

Members can be rude and demanding, which is to be somewhat expected, the surprising thing is management. They will yell at you in front of a full room for not knowing rules/duties that were never communicated to you, talk badly about many staff members, make promises and not deliver, and they will not listen to your scheduling needs. Some of the worst communication I’ve ever seen in a workplace, just unprofessional and disrespectful. A lot of good staff has left due to the treatment of one specific manager, yet nothing is done. If you want to be treated with respect and make good tips, look elsewhere.
