Excellent treatment to clients, very ethical.

Under staff and grew too big to support its own foundation (i.e. very low pay).

Watching clients succeed is rewarding.

Executive Director is rude, belittling, bad mouths current and past employees. There are several completely unethical practicing on, including editing the notes on clients in the secured database. Under pay all staff and claim it is because they are a non-profit. Complain they cannot keep staff.
