Incredible transparency of data and decision-making across the company. The CEO Andre is super approachable and lays out a clear vision for the future of Turo. Team is very supportive and humble, probably one of the lowest-ego work environments I've experienced in Silicon Valley. Cool business opportunity with lots of room for growth and ownership of big portions of the business.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like the size of our business outpaces the size of our team, especially on the data & engineering teams. But on the plus side that means there are always new opportunities for those looking to build new skills.

Thank you for the review. Glad that you agree that our market opportunity is huge. And yes, we need to continue growing our teams to keep pace. As you're aware, we have a healthy 2019 hiring plan that we continue to execute on. There is no shortage of opportunity at Turo.
Unfortunately, not many since the company has shifted priorities, post layoffs. Good work/life balance but depends on your role
Cons
Lack of employee development due to lack of bandwidth for leaders, new shift in performance management allows leaders to let employees go without development paths, there's a push to work harder and move faster creating a toxic work environment.
