You get to work with smart people who are humble and work hard on interesting and unique challenges. If you want to make an impact on a product that is changing an entire sector of transportation, this is it. That said, it still manages to have good work-life balance. People are engaged and here for the long-haul. We are growing quickly and there's a lot of opportunity for career growth.
Cons
This is not a job to clock in and out of. It has real challenges to overcome and in order to do so we need people that are engaged and invested in what we do. Not an actual con, but something to be aware of.

Thank you for your review. We do have great team of engaged people. Just looking at the tenure of our employees shows that they are invested. and dedicated to our mission. Appreciate your comment around diversity in hiring. We do have a person on the recruiting team dedicated solely to diversity sourcing, and are seeing some good traction and early success on that front. Still, it's a challenge that most of us in Silicon Valley are trying to tackle. There isn't a magic bullet there but we continue to prioritize and keep this top of mind as we search for and interview candidates.
Unfortunately, not many since the company has shifted priorities, post layoffs. Good work/life balance but depends on your role
Cons
Lack of employee development due to lack of bandwidth for leaders, new shift in performance management allows leaders to let employees go without development paths, there's a push to work harder and move faster creating a toxic work environment.
