Pros

Hybrid Work place, good benefits, many great peers to work alongside with, great office space.

Cons

Unexperienced managers with no grasp for direction for their department and/or team, managers seem to play favorites as to who to promote who fits the Turo "image" better, and "turbo week" (couple day company conference) is essentially grounds for partying, and I have seen many people fired for acting wild during these times although the company seems to entice people with bad behavior. Was Laid-off when less than 6 months ago the CEO stated there would be no lay-offs and they would start not at the phoenix office... but they didn't like calling it a "lay off" although I was given a severance and only well just over a month's pay after 3.5 years... seems low.

Pros

Unfortunately, not many since the company has shifted priorities, post layoffs. Good work/life balance but depends on your role

Cons

Lack of employee development due to lack of bandwidth for leaders, new shift in performance management allows leaders to let employees go without development paths, there's a push to work harder and move faster creating a toxic work environment.
