Pros

The interview process was professional and portrayed a great company to work for. Most of the people I met in my short tenure were kind and helpful.

Cons

The training was 3 weeks and stuffed full of information. A lot of information to grasp in a short amount of time. Once training was complete, our every move was monitored and micromanaged. Even bathroom breaks were monitored as you had to clock out for a "bio break". It was easy to see that this was a call center job masked as something else and not the right environment for me. Smart move on my part, as the company did a huge layoff not long after.

Pros

Unfortunately, not many since the company has shifted priorities, post layoffs. Good work/life balance but depends on your role

Cons

Lack of employee development due to lack of bandwidth for leaders, new shift in performance management allows leaders to let employees go without development paths, there's a push to work harder and move faster creating a toxic work environment.
