This is a great place to work I felt they really looked out for their employees. It is artist owned and run by someone who knows how to keep their people happy

The structure can be a little flat, so sometimes it's hard to know who's on first. I would say if you like waterfall management it's probably not for you.

Strong team of talented artists and developers. There’s real potential in the projects, and when things click, the work can be creatively fulfilling. You get opportunities to contribute to meaningful parts of the game. Leadership can give useful direction when it’s aligned.

Processes and communication lack clarity. Multiple tools are used in overlapping ways, which creates confusion around ownership and deliverables. Feedback can be inconsistent and not always shared transparently, making alignment across the team more difficult. There is also some uncertainty around project direction and long term stability.
