      Management was great. Parents/ families were overall a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Typical corporate childcare problems- under compensated staff. I was surprised to see that many private schools offer better hours/ pay.

      Supportive management Great Peers Amazing Families

      Not really any I can think of. Any Preschool or Daycare position will have its up and downs and challenges. Its how you respond that matters most.

      Hours have been cut heavily due to upper management change Micromanaging because of upper management
