      Pros

      Able to work from home. Teaching times are flexible.

      Cons

      Very poor communication between teacher (they make sure to call you consultant instead of teacher) and company staff. Start you off with decent wage and find all manners of ways to decrease it every year. Once your wage becomes too high you start to lose your classes to lower paid people. In the end you ultimately leave on your own, or you'll get fired.

All the things related to scheduling are correlated with followers, cancelations, absences, complaints, and other things.
