      Pros

      Open 24/7 Can cancel bookings when needed They pay people to put positive reviews on Glassdoor (There's a $100 bonus lottery if the company gets 100 reviews on this site)

      Cons

      The rate of pay for classes is very low. Several hours are spent on unpaid monthly trainings, meetings etc. Treated like an employee - but without any benefits. Students who 'like' you are blocked from booking with you for 2 weeks if you have to cancel a class. So many fines and your pay can be 100% withheld if you forget to submit the feedback report on time.
