Pros

Cons
As company has expanded and overheard costs have grown, coaches are paid approximately 1/3 of what the client is charged. (HOWEVER, to not have to handle my own marketing, recruiting, BILLING, etc. remains worth the discrepancy.) How many clients try to manipulate coaches into working privately/directly for them (apart from TutorNerds) Clients who try to hire us to create the required material for them (rather than using their own knowledge, education, or experiences and us helping them craft it into their own unique and brilliant representation of themselves/their accomplishments) -- people are generally more interesting and more knowledgeable than they realize. However, the few bad actors potentially start to make one a bit jaded about the integrity of those entering certain fields. (NOT an issue I've come across with those aspiring to healthcare fields; am truly excited for the upcoming generation of healthcare professionals)
