Pros

visionary founders, even better if you had the opportunity to work with Srini, Ganesh or Ravi. Early emphasis on sales, customer acquisition & incubating/acquiring amazing PR & HR long term focus young team, immense faith in developers. all first 10-20 hires were freshers led by a calm & experienced CTO in Ravi Kannan ability to retain employees

Cons

hardly any overlap/discussions with employees apart from their manager/immediate team members. (on the flip side - everyone knows what they're doing & don't butt into what others are doing) lost several early employees who did not get any stock options - but hey who new it would get get acquired for $200M+ bad canteen average to below average salaries for new employees

Good place to learn about the online tutoring techniques and master your subject . Yu get to meet different types of students with different kinds of subject help, this helps you master your skills

Cons

Company will expect you to be in the shoe of the student . Sometimes it gets really very hectic . Back to back sessions kills you

Pros

If you are searching for a super boring job with no great risks, then your search ends here!!! No chances of intellectual growth, Also, you can always be sure that your IDEAS doesn't suck, because they hardly count your opinion!!!I Have never worked anywhere that made me feel as depressed and unhappy as this job. I would have loved to rated 5 if there was (-) negative suffix option.

Cons

Management has no proven experience in leading and managing business. Management is a joke, Bunch of losers. No growth prospects. Promotions are based on HOW STUPID you are. Haven't seen a stupidest place like this, with no functional ideas, Jokers leading ( From Behind), Lack of business perspectives, No business skills. No Managerial skills. The management style is oppressive and you are horrible underpaid/overworked. If you plan a future, do not plan it here. Feels like a kindergarten class. Too much Micromanagement. People are treated like crap, its almost a cultural aspect of the organization .
