Straight out of Silicon Valley - Anonymous employee Tveon Employee Review

I enjoyed every second of working with all the amazing people in the company. The techies are super intelligent, and my superiors always appreciated new ideas.

Not sure where to even begin. 1. The founder/director doesn't know the difference between a charity and a business. 2. The CEO (a lawyer with no experience in running a tech company) doesn't care. He is not even remotely technologically inclined and doesn't understand the technical projects we ran in the company. 3. The CTO lacks vision and is utterly incompetent. Under his leadership, all the tech teams in the company devised and developed several technical projects, and most of them went to the dumpster. 4. There is a lack of transparency between the management and the engineers regarding their company vision, most probably because they are incompetent.

the quality of a person at tveon is a function inverse to their position on the food chain. in other words, mgmt sucks. the dev teams were amazing people that were super friendly, intelligent, and collaborative :)

you will go months developing features full-time without getting a single paycheck, and you will get to hear completely asinine excuses given by a CEO totally devoid of any integrity, empathy, or professionalism as to why he isn't paying you.
