Pros

Benefit package decent for employees Remote work environment All fed holidays plus shut down week end of year

Cons

This company has completely imploded! CEO can’t make a decision. He is a terrible communicator, plays the victim and has emotional immaturity. Constantly keeps problematic whiners but cuts the most dedicated. CTO Is a coder not a leader. Changes process like the wind which means nothing gets done. CXO Keeps a few negative team members that are unpleasant to work with. COO Newer addition but, first impression didn’t keep key employees and quality of HR, and culture tanked.
